From the 31st of August to the 6th of September, the 14th KUGOMA, the oldest cinema forum in Mozambique, will take place in Maputo, organized by the Association of Friends of the Mozambican Cinema Museum.
Always dedicated to African cinema, the project will host several national premieres this year, namely with the Maputo City Council and the Pitch Session – in partnership with Multichoice's national content channel, Maningue Magic, according to a statement from the Centro Cultural Franco- Mozambican. , showing new items for the channel.
The official opening ceremony will take place on August 31st, at 7pm, in the Sala Grande of the Franco-Mozambican Cultural Center, with the national premiere of the Angolan feature film, followed by the usual cinema concert with a live original soundtrack.
