“They put plastic on his face to stop him from breathing and killed him,” said Sérgio Raimundo, the victim’s brother.

After learning of young Cebolinha's arrest, the mother says she approached the third police station, but was prevented from seeing her son. “When I arrived at the police station I asked if my son was detained, they responded positively, I said I wanted to see my son and they wouldn’t let me see my son,” said the victim’s mother.
